Well it is almost time for the new Holiday Catalogue to enter the stage, 1 September is the day to look out for, watch this space as you'll be able to see it here then!! As usual it is filled with must have stamps and accessories and we welcome back some products we haven't seen for some time, such as the Gold and Silver metallic ink pads - yummy!
What is even more amazing is that some of the best bits'n'bobs from last years catalogues are still being carried over.
Unbelievable eh? Yet more cards. These first two cards are based on cards I have seen on the internet. This first one was by Penny Ginnery and the second one I don't know who it was but thank you for the inspiration any way :)
Stamps: Serene Silhouettes, Bring on the Cake Inks:Midnight Muse Card: Midnight Muse, Whisper White Accessories:Paper Doily Sizzlits L
Stamps: Serene Silhouettes, Bring on the Cake Inks:Chocolate Chip, Crumb Cake Card: Chocolate Chip, Crumb Cake, Soft Sky, Accessories:Stripes Embossing folder, Big Shot, Ovals Collection Framelits, Stampin' Dimensionals.
These next two are all my own design, I really like the fist one, not sure on the second one. I was playing with inking up one of the paper doilies to be the colour I wanted and thought I may as well try and use it as a stencil too.It came out OK-ish so I had a go making a card using it!
Believe it or not, today I have actually managed to create something! I was playing with one of the new stamp sets in the current IB&C, Mosaic Madness along with the coordinating embossing folder and punch!
This first one is trying to feel summary as today is cold and cloudy! I have used two new colours and one of our old In Colors which has now become one of our regulars.
The second card is a Christmas card using the same stamp set and punch. Once a month I host a Christmas Club here at my home but with the new catalogue I have found that all the Christmas sets I had have been retired so I cannot use them for classes. What it means is I have to be creative and work with what I ahve got until our seasonal catalogue comes out.
This month saw the launch of the new Stampin' Up! Idea Book & Catalogue. As always I am late in getting this out but guess what...life is actually more stable now. I have moved house and although renovations are far from being complete I now have a craft room again and occasionally time to come and play! After three years + of relative unrest dare I say, there is light at the end of the tunnel :-)
Exciting news is, you can now order online from my business website and have your goodies posted directly to your home anywhere in Australia. Of course I will always be available to answer any questions offer advice and liaise should there be any issues arising either by phone or email.
Spend a bit of time having a look through this new book, you ill see we have had a Colour renovation, we have lost some old favourites but revisited some old favourites and some brand new colours! We have some fun new products, one of my most favourite is the Simply Pressed Clay which you can leave white or colour with our pens or reinkers to perfectly coordinate with all our other products!
